Here is a great example of work in progress. This section of Kauri panelling has been part restored using the Coopers Restoration System. Note the striking contrast between the original and the restored timberwork.

The old coating is shellac varnish dating back to 1900. The Coopers System dissolves this with ease and removes all residues without sanding.

As you strip you can apply the Coopers Moisturiser finish right away as you work. Notice how the character in the grain is now visible. The wood is silky smooth to touch, plus it is now very easy to maintain.

Projects like this usually take 1 to 2 hours per square metre depending your skills and how much time you waste admiring your work.
