Free Delivery for orders $100 or more
For all New Zealand orders, we will ship your goods free of charge if your invoice amount is $100 or over. Orders under this amount will have the courier charges added when you pass through the checkout.

Dispatch Turnaround
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours after your order and payment is confirmed. Where possible we will try and dispatch your order the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Incomplete Orders
We endeavour to ship your entire order complete. In rare cases where some items are out of stock and will not be available for the first 48 hours after your order is confirmed, we will ship everything possible and then ship the back ordered items as soon as possible afterwards and notify you of the new likely dispatch date. In these cases we will pay the extra shipping charges. If we feel that a significant part of your order is affected, we will contact you first for instructions.

Your order will be shipped with a copy of your invoice and a list of the contents. If any items are damaged or missing please contact us immediately.

Courier Delivery Service
All orders are shipped via PBT Couriers to your specified delivery address that you provide with your order. Orders to North Island New Zealand are sent on an overnight courier service but sometimes couriers take an extra day. Orders to South Island New Zealand take 2 to 5 days. If your address is a rural delivery address then your order may also take an extra day or two. Please see notes on rural delivery below.

The courier requires someone to sign receipt of the goods as proof of delivery. They cannot leave goods unattended under any circumstances. Sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you are not home when the goods arrive, PBT Couriers will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a new delivery time.

Shipping Confirmation
On the day that the goods are dispatched to you, we will email you with the courier track and trace number(s) and you can check on the delivery progress with PBT Couriers website http://www.pbt.co.nz.

Goods Lost in Transit
If we have confirmed to you that your order has been dispatched and the goods fail to arrive within the specified time frame above, please check on your order’s delivery progress using PBT’s PB Track on their website http://www.pbt.co.nz.

If you suspect a problem then please email us at support@EasypaintStripping.co.nz with your order number and we will also assist you in locating your order. You must notify us of non delivery within 7 days of dispatch otherwise goods will be deemed as delivered.

Saturday Deliveries
Regrettably we no longer offer Saturday deliveries. We have found this service expensive for clients and very unreliable.

Rural Deliveries
We are happy to ship to rural addresses but there can be problems if your order contains Dangerous Goods products (DGs) such as paint stripper, flushing solutions and wood stain. Some rural delivery agents are unable to carry these goods and your order sometimes only completes part of its journey. If you live at a rural address and your order contains any of these items we suggest you specify a different address that is convenient for you to receive these items, or ask your rural delivery driver if he is able to deliver an order containing DGs to you.

Pick Ups
We are sorry, but we do not have facilities where you can collect goods. All orders must be couriered to you.

Orders Outside New Zealand
Temporarily we are unable to ship orders outside New Zealand. However we are able in some cases to assist Australian customers. Please contact us at sales@EasyPaintStripping.co.nz with your request.
